Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese F&B company is looking for someone to fill up the position:

Job Description
Assist in formulating purchasing plan with a view to controlling the material and storage cost
Liaise closely with stores & warehouse on stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of the orders
Monitor suppliers’ performance and conduct suppliers’ appraisals
Source and develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers.
Source potential suppliers to support operating team to introduce new products and perform follow-up works

Diploma or above
At least 5 years' solid purchasing experience gained from sizable Hospitality / Food & Beverage is must
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Familiar with HK import procedure & food regulation
Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin will definitely an advantage
Immediate available is preferred
