Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Formulate and execute strategic business initiatives to support the achievement of organizational objectives
• Support GM to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation of operational plans
• Provide interpretation for morning briefings and monthly internal meetings
• Translate documents from Japanese to Chinese and English
• Manage internal approval processes (Ringi), including system administration and account updates
• Manage housing contracts, travel expense claims, and reimbursements for Japanese staff
• Prepare monthly and annual reports and presentation materials
• Assist with financial audits and documentation submission
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
