Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, Payroll, MPF, salaries tax calculations, attendance, staff records maintenance, labor insurance
• HR policies and procedures implementation
• Employment visa applications for Japanese staff
• Maintain PC records and contact IT vendors
• Document control and filing
• General cost control
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years of HR experience in a Japanese company
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above_, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and hard-working
• Able to work independently
