Job Description
• Providing daily support for all existing systems including ERP systems & workflow system
• Providing timely system administration and troubleshooting, PC/network setup
• Carrying out programming and system enhancement
• Monitoring IT policy implementation and maintaining system security
• Performing system backup and restore
• Assisting in JSOX compliance and IT related audit
• Maintaining IT inventory records and proper licensing
• Researching on the latest technology and solutions
• Assisting in IT infrastructure procedures and documents development
• Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct report manager
Requirements
• High Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Technical support/ administration / system maintenance / system support / application program, in which worked in MNC before is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP System with knowledge in ABAP Programming will be an advantage
• User oriented, high degree of responsibility, a creative problem solver, and a good team player.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin / Japanese is an advantage)
• Immediate available is preferred
