Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
IT (90%):
1) Provides end-user support and problem-solving support on hardware, software & package installation and maintenance for servers & PCs
2) Performs IT audit & complete group IT checklists & surveys
3) Liaisons with internal & external vendors on network, email, application system (SBO), IT contracts and other related issues
4) Set up presentation and conference equipment
5) Studies and supports on IT security control software
6) Provides IT training on MS office, IT security, etc. for employees
7) Performs periodic review on the IT infrastructure and to make suggestions and budget on possible enhancement measures
8) Maintains IT security policies and procedures to ensure data security, accuracy and compliance with corporate standards
9) Conducts servers backup & restore
10) Maintains company Intranet website
11) Conducts fixed asset stock take with A/C Dept.
12) Ad Hoc projects

Admin (10%):
1) Updates attendance & leave records and generates attendance reports
2) Liaisons with internal & external vendors on admin. related issues
3) Organizes company activities
4) Orders office supplies
5) Conducts budget estimation for next Fiscal year
6) Manages the stock of postal stamp
7) Ad Hoc projects


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
1) Bachelor's degree/diploma in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
2) At least two years' experience as an IT coordinator or related role.
3) Experience working with Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, or Office 365.
4) Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5) Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
6) Can speak Mandarin and English
