Job Description
Our client, a famous bank, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
•Manage and oversee the legal function of Hong Kong Branch;
•Provide legal advice and support to business in daily operation including drafting and reviewing legal documentation;
•Ensure timely delivery of legal updates to management as well as business and support units;
•Manage and oversee external legal counsels appointed by Hong Kong Branch;
•Maintain a panel of law firms that are eligible for engagement by Hong Kong Branch;
•Provide staff training on legal matters; and
•Take up ad hoc projects as assigned by management from time to time.
