<Job Responsibilities> • Provide legal advices on all aspects and phases of corporate and legal transactions • Conduct legal research in commercial matters focusing on manufacturing, marketing and e-commerce matters • Drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents/correspondences • Provide legal and compliance training • Provide assistance in legal risks control and monitoring • Supervising subordinate and do vetting on his/her works
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma or above in Law related disciplines • 3 years or above experience in the related field • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
