【Job Responsibility】
・Assist and support Relationship Manager who is in charge of corporate sales
(Process the documents about contract and Corporate RM and Provide constructive ideas to improve business procedure)
・Get useful information to promote business and improve operation for better customer service
・Conduct customer transaction (Loan/Deposit/FX) from Back office by using phone call
・Assist KYC (Know Your Customer) duties
【Must requirements】
・Good command of English and Cantonese
・Above 2 years working experience of Assistant duties in Banking industry *not in credit card company and insurance industry
【Preferable Skill / Experience】
・Japanese language skill
・Immediately available
・Working experience in commercial bank
・Working experience in Japanese banking
