Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Contact existing suppliers and search for new suppliers
• Negotiate the price and T&C with suppliers and report to the management
• Prepare purchase plan and purchase order
• Arrange delivery schedule
• Liaise with JP HQ regarding component design
• Visit the suppliers in China and Vietnam, perform quality checks, and discuss delivery schedule (Around 5-6 times/year, day trip)
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma Holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above) and Chinese, conversational English
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
