Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of interior components for automotive, is looking for Assistant Manage with following requirements.
【Responsibilities】
• Processing of sales orders follow up, issue PO, Invoice, packing list, delivery notes
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and forwarder for delivery arrangement
• Issue shipping related documents
• Any others ad-hoc
• Quotation and price list issue
• Preparing Monthly Sales & Purchase Report
• Need to prepare Quarterly / Yearly Forecast Report and make analysis
【Requirements】
• Willing to business trip to China Mainland around 1-2 times per month
• Rich relevant experience for Trading company
• Good knowledge in shipping arrangement
• Capable to speak & writing Japanese Language
• Good command in both English & Mandarin
• PC Knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; English, Chinese and Japanese word processing
• Immediate available would be highly preferred
