Our client, a leading electronics accessories manufacturer and exporter in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber candidate to cope with their expansion of business.
Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
•Handle customers' enquiries
•Provide clerical and administrative support: arrange production schedule, sample follow-up, quotation preparation, prepare sales presentation materials and reports, updating ERP system, etc.
•Follow up with customers on projects and coordinate meetings and tasks
•able to handle full set of I/E, banking documents, shipping procedure and china I/E documents. Communication with vendors, factory and forwarders
•maintain shipping record in good filing system and prepare monthly logistics reports
Job Requirements:
•F.7 or above; experience working for a manufacturers is a must
•minimum 2 years’ experience of following up with big retailers in the USA
•good PC knowledge in MS Word & Excel, Tradelink, E-booking
•Hardworking with strong team work
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
•Willing to travel to Dongguan factory when necessary
•immediate availability is preferred
