Requirements :
Location: Hong Kong, need frequent travel to China.
- Participate in the formulation of Development Strategies and Business Plans
- Formulate a comprehensive Financial System for Accounting and Operation
- Responsible for Group Funds Management and Operationfor Group Finance and Capital Management thoughts, develop and improve the Group's Financial Management Systems; according to the development Strategy of the Company, make out the listed Companies ' Financial Strategy and Implementation
- Implement Management System and lead the team to achieve group objectives, provide the Company with accurate Financial Analysis and Projections, to avoid Investment Risks, define Investment Risk prevention and early Warning Mechanisms;
- Accurate monitoring and forecasting Cash Flows, to identify and monitor Company Debt and Capital Structure while developing Financial Management Authorization System; accept the Department of Audit and Inspection.
- Expansion of the channels for Investment and Development, Capital Operation, Financial Control and Management of affiliated Companies, utilizing existing resources and maximizing the economic benefits of Enterprise Advantage creation Company.
- Responsible for communication with the Bank, dealing with Group Finance Assets, ensure the stability of Cash Flows, participating in Financing Programs for follow-up;
- Full Understanding of Tax Management requirements of both Hong Kong and the Mainland, execute Group Tax Planning and Management;
- Guide the Group Headquarters and its subordinate Departments to develop Monthly,
- Responsible for Team Building, and establishing Good Working Relationships;
- Strengthening Communication with related Business Units and Government Departments.
- According to Management request, be responsible for the Formulation and Implementation of Staff training and development and improve Financial Management level and professional skills, establish and improve the training of Financial Personnel Evaluation System.
Requirements :
- Economy Management, Finance, Accounting or related field, Bachelor, certified Public Accountant and above title, experience in listed Companies' Financial , understanding Market and daily Operation of the Companies Ordinance;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant scaled Corporation Financial Management experience, 5 years must be in Management and covering Financial Director/Controller duty
- Possess wide range of Industry experience, including Real Estate, Manufacturing and Retail Trade
- Familiar with Operation process, with good judgment and good experience in dealing with Financial Project Analysis, Real Estate Project Finance Management experience is a plus, worked as a Senior Business Management positions will be at first priority.
- Proficient in both Hong Kong and the Mainland taxation laws, be familiar with Accounting standards as well as Financial, Tax and Audit Regulations and Policies;
- Proactive, possess excellent management skills, communication skills and Organizational abilities, accurate analysis and decision making, outstanding ability for policy analysis, good insight and market forecasts
- Excellent teamwork skills and good professional ethics and professional conduct
- Work ethic, steady, full of pioneering spirit, the courage to take responsibility
- Background with real estate work, branded consumer retail companies, facilities management company background is preferred.
