Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
* Accounting related:
- Collecting documents/ Creating payment requests
- Communication/ Negotiation with the vendors to pay expenses in HCMC
- Communicate with HQ in Tokyo in English and Japanese
* Legal related:
- Coordinating new contracts with HQ (only expense-related)
- Sign & stamp control (registration on a listing)
* Office general task:
- Business travel, Courier, Stationery, Room key, Gift receipt management, etc.
- Arranging the company car schedule.
- Others requested by General Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English and Japanese - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Office Admin position
- Knowledge and experience in IT support are better
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
- Not a job-hopper
<Preferable Conditions>
- Having experience in Japanese companies or the Real Estate industry
- Prefer CDDs having Japanese skills
