Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Responsible for the implementation of the control function in the factory that has been determined by Quality Assurance according to the SOP in order to achieve the production targets that have been set. 2. Planning and coordinating QC personnel in factories and labs as quality supervisors at each stage of the process (receiving, production, packing, and warehouse) running smoothly. 3. Analyze all problems related to SOPs, production processes and control systems and provide solutions to problems that occur. 4. Implement policies listed in the food safety system and halal policies set by the Internal Halal Audit team. 5. Report all activities to the Deputy director and General manager. 6. Responsible for internal and external audit processes 7. Assist in the preparation of external audit documents from LPPOM MUI, certification bodies and private customers. 8. Act as Food Safety Team Leader and Lead Auditor 9. Responsible for the socialization and training of employees in the operational division with materials on HAS (SJH = Sertifikat Jaminan Halal), personal hygiene/GMP, HACCP, and other training (extra/special tasks). 10. Supervise QA works to ensure continuous development and company compliance with system implementation. 11. Oversees the Microbiology, physics and chemistry Lab 12. Firm and able to coordinate with related departments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 2. Have a minimum educational background of Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or equivalent 3. Have experience working in the same industry for at least 2 years as a department head or manager 4. Have a good understanding of HACCP, GMP, SJH and ISO 22000 5. Can speak Mandarin spoken and written 6. Can speak English at least conversational level 7. Have leadership, communication, negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills 8. Willing to work in Cikarang area
