<Job Responsibilities>
・Coordinate, monitor, and manage various Customers, engineers, and CRM Machine within a particular geographic region
・Improve regional processes, policies, and practices so as to achieve company’s goals
・Assist in the recruitment of Engineer, establish work schedules for staff Engineer being put in place, and evaluate engineer performance at the end of a given period
・Make sure PM activities achieved minimum customers SLA
・Make sure machine uptime reached minimum SLA for every customers.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics or other related major
・Minimum 3 years experience of working as Service Engineer or other related position
・Understand and some hands-on experience with any ATM machine system
・Broader knowledge of infrastructure needs for Enterprise Application.
・Great customer centric minded (know how to deal with clients) / CRM skill
・Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
・Great leadership skill
・Ability to work as a team
・Familiar with Project Management methodologies.
