Scope of Responsibility:
1. Establish and improve quality standards and all procedures that affect product quality performance.
2. Product development.
3. Organizing and motivating section members as a team.
4. Work safety.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male around 37 - 45 years old
・Have a minimum of a bachelor degree from Food Technology
・Have a minimum of 5 years in FMCG manufacturing (foods or beverages are preferable) with 3 years experiences as a production manager in similar industry
・Have excellent technical skills in electrical, drawing, machinery improvement or modifications, machine installation, troubleshooting, setting up and machine overhaul
・Excellent knowledge in HAACP, GMP, HALAL & ISO
・Have good skills in problem solving
・Have excellent leadership skills, good analytical thinking skills and able to work under pressure

・Pay attention in any details and able to work under Less supervision
