Job Description
- Responsible for product guarantee after production - Responsible for outgoing inspection including analyze part problem of the feedback from the customers - Responsible for Customer support activities - Responsible for troubleshooting, reporting analysis results, reporting weekly and monthly activities to all section / department - coordinate manufacturing process activities - Responsible for management manpower for quality inspection - Responsible for management system for quality control and quality assurance - Manage safety process activities - Responsible for document control preparation and development ISO 9001-2015
Job Requirement
- Have a min age 35 years old with a minimum of Diploma degree in Engineering - Have a minimum of 3 year experiences in related field - Have experiences in stickers for automotive or equivalent - Have process statistical knowledge and analytical interpretation experience - Have understanding of Quality Management System - Excellent understanding in using measuring tools - Understanding and having certificate of ISO 9001-2015 - Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in exceptional customer service and effective communication - Good in operate MS Office - English for both speaking and writing (Conversational) - Able to speak Japanese (Conversational) - Willing to be placed in EJIP, Cikarang
