Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities for production to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet production schedule, analyze production achievement, inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and requirements standard, follow-up and communication of problems with user community
- Oversees and coordinates technical support for end-user training, production testing and equipment modifications
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Evaluate operator and leader performance due to contract period
- Develops and maintains output service-level agreements with user departments
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Machine / Electrical / Industrial engineering
- Have a minimum of 3 - 5 year experiences as Section Head or Senior Supervisor in Production area
- Have good analytical thinking in production process, production planning and production control
- Have basic knowledge of fish bone, QCC, 7tool
- Able to count production Capacity, reduce NG, productivity up and preventive maintenance (TPM)
- Familiar with ISO 9001
- Good leadership, ability to grasp product knowledge, build team work to increase productivity
- Good in operating Ms. Office
- Good English for both oral & written
Desirable Experiences
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point
