Responsibilities
• Direct the preparation and implementation of the project QMS (quality management system)
• Prepare and implement the quality plan and the subsequent QA/QC procedures
• Review (continuous) of the quality management system and make adjustments as required
• Planning and guidance of all QA/QC personnel
• Implementation of a product quality control methodology
• Responsible for product quality budget control
• Products complaints/claims management
Requirements
• Good Japanese Language skill (min. N3, but N2-N1 is more preferable)
• Good understanding in IATF /ISO 14001
• Able to use measurement tools, min. CMM
• Good understanding in Flow process Quality and Customer Focus
• Has min. 2 years of experience in Injection part and mold
• Able to negotiate well with the customer

• Have worked in Japan

• Strong leadership, fast learner, passionate, outgoing, target oriented, have good communication and interpersonal skills
