Job Description
■ Working on research and consulting task such as (not limited to):
・ As a project leader, control project quality and maximize the customer satisfaction with project members.
(Senior consultant shall have a capability to manage complicated project, Consultant shall have a capability to manage normal project)
・ Research the market trend, business environment, competitors company profile and activity, Indonesian Law and regulation.
e.g.) Market size, major player, consumer trend, license issue, company registration and legal procedure
・ Investigate client company’s strength and weakness.
・ Analyze above information and consider: Business Strategy (including M&A Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk-management system, Restructuring Strategy, etc.
・ Public sector project support for line Ministry of Japan
・ Draft the presentation material or report.
■ Collaboration with business partner such as attorney, accountants, HR agent, other research firm, etc. is required.
■ Sales and Marketing activity with Chief Consultant to obtain the project.
■ Field research and business trip is required sometimes.
Requirements
■ English: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Capable of routine communications and writing formal report in English.
■ PC Skill
・Professional skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for maximize customer satisfaction, and accomplishing assigned tasks.
・Leadership / Competence
・Show the leadership to manage the client and drive problem solving for providing best solution for client.
・Proactive and commit to the assigned task.
・Have excellent communication skill and mind to contribute team.
・Able to work under hard pressure
■ Over 5~7 years solid work experience in other Research/Consulting firm or in the similar responsibilities will be advantage.
■ Either of the following experiences (but not limited) will be a plus:
・Business Administration
・Accounting / Finance / Tax
・Indonesian Law
・Indonesian Economics / Government policy and regulation
・Neat
・Quick-witted
・meticulous
