Job Description
• Sourcing of target companies • Collecting documents and information regarding the target company • Preparing teaser and Information Memorandum • Communication with the target company • Drafting LOI/MOU • Conducting legal due diligence • Drafting SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) and SHA (Shareholders Agreement) • Closing support • For the investors green field investment, legal research of relevant KBLI number, required license, conditions for applying such licenses, any other applicable regulations. • Support for establishment of new company and initial setup • Review of contracts, drafting of contracts • Employment matters (including dispute resolution with the employee) • Any other legal researches or legal resolutions • Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
• Final education is a university degree • Must have work experience *at least 2 years • Business level English • PERADI registered
