' Set up HSE system
Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health
Ensure that all HSE policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, update and communicated
Ensure the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
Ensure the regular review risk assessments for all work equipment and operations
Ensure that all accident are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented
Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed and employee are aware of their responsibilities
Coordinate the development of HSE policies, systems of work and procedures
Ensure record training HSE activity
Keep updating all aspect of relevant HSE comply to regulation
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- Bachelor decree
- Age 25 years old – 35 years old
- Has experience as HSE minimum 2 years, prefer experience set up HSE system
- Has experience working at Japanese Company, Global company or big local company, prefer from chemical company or petrochemicals
- Has training safety and SMK3 training (internal auditor)
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability work independently
- Ability to carry out effective accident investigation
- Ability to carry out data analysis on HSE audit findings
- Ability to lead, teach and motivated employees
- Basic (PC) Computer Skills
