Job Description

JOBDESK :

  1. Reception duties, incoming calls, order fulfillment from other branch or internal
  2. Accept the requests and complaints related IT matters.
  3. Register the request and Incidents from users.
  4. Proceed the request to the related division (Infrastructure & Application).
  5. Oversee the request since the beginning until the end of the process.
  6. Ensure the request solve properly.  
  7. Record and manage the data of all request and complaint ever.
  8. Gather and report the data from all of request frequently. 

REQUIREMENT :

  1. Has experience as Customer Services or IT Helpdesk in Financial Industries
  2. Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  3. Min High School
  4. Able to communicate in Bahasa Properly
  5. Good Communication Skill
  6. Able to speak English in conversational level
  7. Good PC skills and Practical experience with administration of Windows 
  8. Attend to detail and able to multi-task
  9. Reliable and independent person
  10. Good command of English (oral and written)
  11. Has a IT Background / IT Knowledge
  12. Energetic
  13. Initiative
  14. A strong sense of responsibility
