JOBDESK :
- Reception duties, incoming calls, order fulfillment from other branch or internal
- Accept the requests and complaints related IT matters.
- Register the request and Incidents from users.
- Proceed the request to the related division (Infrastructure & Application).
- Oversee the request since the beginning until the end of the process.
- Ensure the request solve properly.
- Record and manage the data of all request and complaint ever.
- Gather and report the data from all of request frequently.
REQUIREMENT :
- Has experience as Customer Services or IT Helpdesk in Financial Industries
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Min High School
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Properly
- Good Communication Skill
- Able to speak English in conversational level
- Good PC skills and Practical experience with administration of Windows
- Attend to detail and able to multi-task
- Reliable and independent person
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Has a IT Background / IT Knowledge
- Energetic
- Initiative
- A strong sense of responsibility
