Job Description
- Contacting potential tenant development for area (commercial, office, etc.) to establish rapport and arrange meetings - Developing a strategic plan to advance store expansion - To do location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion - Market research - Looking at all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords - Rental Negotiation - Tenancy Renewal - Submitting reports on customer visits and actions required - Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients - Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources - Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions - Identify & report on local market trends & requirements - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 10 years of working experience for store development in mall - High Conversational level of English language skill - Willing to be placed in Bekasi area - Need car and license
