Responsibilities
- Interpreter for the meeting (technical meeting and labor matters meeting etc.) - Assist director to prepare some material or presentation for meeting.
- Assist and interpreting with director in every meeting, briefing schedule or appointment.
- Accompanying in meeting and making records of meeting.
- Translating meeting material and some important documents what Japanese director needs.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree, Japanese literature will be preferable
- Interpreter experience above 5 years in manufacturing company.
- Good command in English and Japanese (above business level, N1)
- Willing to work in Cibitung area
Desirable Experiences
- Has interpreting experiences in HR matter and in meeting with Labor Union.
Desirable Character
- Detail oriented, active, high initiative and able to work under pressure
