- Create PO
- PO Fulfillment to customer
- Invoice management
- Create invoice based on the correct request
- Do payment follow up to customer
- Support administrative duties
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min 3 years of working experience as Sales Admin, experienced in making PO, invoice, following up to customers and doing multiple administrative duties in MNC company
・Stable career (Minimum 2 years in 1 company)
・Good coordination skill, meticulous, able to multitask, good time management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Trading company, IT Hardware company such as IoT company
