Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Provide sales and marketing support for all hotel branches from 2 stars to luxury <Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies - Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion - Oversee the brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels - Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance. - Implementing tactics to attract corporate clients, event planners, and individuals. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote special events, and promotions - Utilize a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively. - Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and media coverage, pitching story ideas, coordinating press events, and managing media inquiries. - Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to cultivate relationships with loyal customers, gather feedback, and drive repeat business through personalized marketing initiatives and VIP programs. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) ・Min. Bachelor's Degree ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in reporting technical matters in English fluently) ・Min. 2 years working experience as Director of Sales and Marketing at a mid-tier hotel industry handling several branches ・Willing to travel ・strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Own Master's Degree
