Job Description
• Provides electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects. • Manage and implement quality standards and quality control systems. • Review specifications to identify all inspections & test requirements and develop Project inspection and test plans. • Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination, and testing results. • Monitoring and performs all quality inspections, tests, or measures materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications on the field of project work that has been recently completed in accordance the specification approval plan. • Provide expert advice to all stakeholders, including contractors, Project Manager, project staff, clients, and donor agencies on electrical engineering-related work where required. • Update and maintain project documentation as required for Quality Control, job progress, and customer sign-off. • Prepare and review detailed electrical engineering design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work reports to be included in facilities construction tender documents. • Assists in the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets, and staffing requirements. • Other related tasks as assigned ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Memberikan rekomendasi teknik kelistrikan dan dukungan teknis pada tinjauan teknik kelistrikan, rencana strategis, dan proyek. - Mengelola dan menerapkan standar kualitas dan sistem kendali mutu. - Meninjau spesifikasi untuk mengidentifikasi semua persyaratan inspeksi & pengujian dan mengembangkan rencana inspeksi dan pengujian proyek. - Mengevaluasi validitas dan penerimaan hasil inspeksi, pemeriksaan, dan pengujian. - Memantau dan melakukan semua inspeksi kualitas, pengujian, atau mengukur bahan, produk, instalasi, atau pekerjaan untuk kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi pada bidang pekerjaan proyek yang baru saja diselesaikan sesuai dengan rencana persetujuan spesifikasi. - Memberikan saran ahli kepada semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk kontraktor, Manajer Proyek, staf proyek, klien, dan lembaga donor tentang pekerjaan terkait teknik kelistrikan jika diperlukan.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (with Electrical Engineer Background) • Minimum 10 years of experience as the lead engineer for corporate commercial projects • Knowing the field of Electrical Systems. • Professional Engineer license • Fluent in English both spoken and written. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Diploma atau Gelar Sarjana (dengan latar belakang Insinyur Elektro) - Memiliki pengalaman minimal 10 tahun sebagai lead engineer untuk proyek-proyek komersial perusahaan - Mengetahui bidang Sistem Kelistrikan. - Lisensi Insinyur Profesional - Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
