Job Description
-Identifying sources of danger and aspects of environmental impact
-Contribute to maintain and monitor K3L in their respective work areas

-Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor and analyze project expenditures and variances, recommending corrective actions as necessary.

-Identify potential project risks, conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to management.
-Work closely with engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
-Evaluate changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and provide input on impact assessments and mitigation plans
Job Requirement
-Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Technical Engineering
-More than conversational level English
-Minimum 6 years in project management experience in EPC company handling plant constriction
-Have working experience in cost calculation, budget planning
-Willing to be a manager in the future
