Job Description
- Lead the BIM team, including coordinators and leaders, to meet project requirements and schedules - Check and review BIM models and drawings made by subordinates before submitting them to consultants or clients - Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure clear communication and coordination - Report regularly to the Design Manager and support overall design activities - Ensure all BIM work follows project standards and execution plans - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management - Business level English - At least 10 years of experience handling BIM in Japanese or MNC Construction companies, including at least 5 years in a BIM Coordinator/Managerial role - Strong knowledge of BIM processes and technologies - Proficient in using Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
