<Number of employees : Total : 7 Local : 5 Japanese : 2 > <Report Line : Japanese Sales Manager > <Team Member: 2 persons> <Products: Precision parts for automotive such as bolt > <Clients: Automotive manufacturing > <Job Responsibilities> ・Import Report to Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Industry. ・Issuing PO to Supplier based on Forecast from Sales section. ・Monitoring PO and delivery schedule from supplier. ・Control stock condition. ・Monthly report (purchase & import). ・Communication with Forwarding for import process, PIB, custom clearance, etc. ・Prepare customs documents. ・Access system INSW, Ceisa, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo. ・Booking KSO Sucofindo for arrange inspection. ・Monitoring quota and validity date of Import License of Iron and Steel. ・Prepare data & document for renewal of Import License.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Male / Female around 24 - 35 - Min High school graduated - Have minimum of 1 years working experiences of communicating with supplier and clients (Such as Sales in Trading company, or Manufacturing company as PPIC or sales or purchase) - Have ability to speak English language conversational level - Have ability to work with enthusiasm and eager to learn - Loyal and persistent - Willing to work in Cikarang area
