Job Description
• Prepare Product for delivery
• Manage and control the delivery products, invoice to the customer (making delivery orders, invoices, submitting delivery order portal and invoice portal, goods receipt note portal)
• Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery dates
• Input all purchasing orders from the customer.
• Check the outstanding purchasing order for the customer.
• E-tax and accounts receivable.
• Making daily inventory report, daily sales report, weekly sales report, and monthly sales report.
• Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Have a bachelor's degree
- More than 1-2 years of experience in a related position (inventory Control, sales admin, purchasing order management) *Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Have business-level English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
