- Act as a key stakeholder in identifying and building partnerships or collaborations that enhance brand reach and reputation.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Business level of English
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the F&B with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing advanced CRM and loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing and performance analytics.
- Strong track record in branding and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling narratives
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data interpretation, and deriving actionable insights.
