- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize pipeline management and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and roadmap.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to guide enhancements and innovation.

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently)
・Min. 12 years working of experience as Sales & Product Strategy in a heavy machinery trading company from American or Japanese well known Excavator and Wheel Loader units brands
・Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications and capability to use SAP and other business systems
・Smart, proactive, determined, good business acumen
