Job Description
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify new business opportunities - Analyze competitors and customer needs to support strategic planning - Identify and qualify leads through networking, events, and outreach - Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline - Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored solutions based on their needs in collaboration with internal teams - Prepare and present business proposals in coordination with internal teams - Negotiate terms and manage the end-to-end sales process - Explore and develop strategic partnerships to expand business growth - Collaborate across departments to optimize internal resources - Track and analyze sales performance, reporting to Senior Management - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Civil) or related field - Business-level English - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in MEP Construction, preferably from Data Center Construction - Strong understanding of MEP Construction - Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar BIM software
