<Number of employees : Total : 250+ Local : 250+ Japanese : 11 > <Report Line : Maintenance Manager (Local) > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 2 persons > <Products: Snacks & candies > <Clients: B2B and retail > <Saturday Working: on call > <Job Responsibilities> - Overseeing all maintenance work processes - Plan and Organize Maintenance Activities and Complete preventive and corrective maintenance plans by scheduling and assigning personnel up to 100% - Maintaining a Safe and Clean Work Environment, and achieving no accidents in the work area - Finalize maintenance results and communicate job expectations with staff - Planning, monitoring, and assess the results of work - Training, counseling, and disciplining staff - Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures and ensure subordinates follow work instructions and achieve KPIs - Provides maintenance information for other departments - Facilitates the correction of malfunctions in process control points; initiating and encouraging a spirit of cooperation within and between departments, and timely informing other departments within 30 minutes - Doing Factory Monthly Report, Cost reduction, Monthly Maintenance Utility Costs, Daily Manpower Report, Timely submission and accurate data reports. - Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, HACCP, Halal, Kaizen, 5S and on time from the assigned task. - Manage and control the maintenance investment budget provided by management by following the annual maintenance budget plan - Evaluating Facility Functions and Reliability so as to Achieve predetermined efficiency for each machine.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor of mechanical or electrical engineering - Min 3 years working experience doing maintenance or engineering which should include Asmen exp with strong leadership. ⁻ Have knowledge of engineering/electricity ⁻ Proficient in computer drawing ⁻ Have good computer skills (Ms. Excel, Word, Outlook Express) ⁻ Installing, repairing, setting/customizing, and overhauling machines ⁻ Improvisation/modification of the engine ⁻ Understand HACCP, GMP, HALAL & ISO requirements ⁻ Having problem-solving skills - Have a business level in English both oral and writing - Attention to detail - Work with minimal supervision - Time limit oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience in an FMCG company is preferred - Has a strong leadership spirit, has analytical thinking, can work under pressure, is proactive, is a team player, is persistent
