Job Description
Position : Japanese Speaker HR for Manufacture/Machinery
Report to : Director
Location : Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat ( Head Office) and Bekasi (Warehouse Factory)
Responsibilities :
- Handling all HRGA functions : recruitment, training & development, compensation, payroll system, contract, organizational development, and performance management, facilities maintenance, company asset, etc
- Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans
- Conduct full cycle recruitment of employees : placing advertisement, developing contacts with recruting sources, interviewing, managing orientation process
- Responsible for the Industrial Relation matters (for Bekasi branch)
- Responsible for the Legal general matters, such as renewal of Company's legal document
Requirements :
1. Have Experience in HR division for minimum 2 years
2. Have experience in doing recruitment process for Engineering position
3. Willing to work in Jakarta (Head Office) and Bekasi (Warehouse and Factory)
Desirable skills :
1. Good command in English
2. Good command in Japanese (Minimum JLPT 3 level)
3. Have experience in doing recruitment process for Engineering position
