Job Description
- Monitor computer configuration installed, set and monitoring computer hardware maintenance schedule, propose new hardware requirements and arrange the installation to supplier, solve small computer problems, contact supplier and fix hardware problem together.
- Check and ensure the function of server to operate effectively, backup all software required on regular basis, install new software packages if required.
- Help user in solving computer problem in day-to-day operation.
- Maintains IT Service portal to record cases/problems that have been solved.
- Maintain, check, recover and configure servers.
- Prepare periodic report of telephone usage
- Male, max 27 years old
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Information System
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in IT field (networking, hardware, mail server, trouble shooting,)
- Have understanding of language programming, SQL programs, Crystal Report
- Have special skills: Understand and able to operate ProNes (Manufacturing) system is a must
- Able to speak english for both oral and written; able to speak Japanese is an advantage
