Job Description
-Configure and maintain network infrastructure (Internet, LAN, VLAN). -Set up and manage switches and hubs (Cisco, Allied Telesys, Aruba). -Configure physical network connections (RJ45, Fiber Optic). -Manage enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortigate, etc.). -Monitor and troubleshoot network issues and performance. -Manage wireless infrastructure (Ruckus Access Points and WiFi Controllers). -Ensure endpoint protection using antivirus solutions (Sophos). -Maintain and support CCTV network integration. -Support and manage cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365). -Administer and maintain virtual environments using VMware (setup, backup, restore). -Monitor and optimize VM server performance. -Manage Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure. -Handle server backup solutions and storage systems (DELL, NAS). -Install and upgrade Windows operating systems. -Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops). -Configure and maintain network printers. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Min Bachelor's degree from information systems, computer science or related major - Min 2-3 years experience as IT infrastructure or network/ server administration in manufacture or other industry - Proficient in configuring and managing network devices and protocols. - Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and antivirus systems. - Familiarity with VMware, Azure, and backup solutions. - Strong understanding of Windows OS, server environments, and storage systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365) and CCTV systems.
