Job Description

- Responsible for the entire recruitment process starting from creating advertisements, posting vacancies, conducting selections, and conducting interviews for prospective employees.
- Manage employee development programs such as training and career development
- Create and update employee-related documents in the company database.
- Responsible for providing office supplies, accommodation, and logistical and operational support for corporate events such as meetings, training, or guest visits.
- Procurement and cooperation related to the company's operational needs such as ATK, uniforms, electronic equipment, work equipment, pulses, household appliances, and daily needs of the company.
- Make daily employment contracts and check daily workers
- Make ticket purchases for employee transportation purposes and hotel bookings if there are guest visits
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as archiving, documentation, and related daily tasks

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law from a reputable university
・Minimum having 2 years experience in HRGA 
・Strong persuasive communication skills
・Able to communicate and write in English in a professional working
・Excellent Interpersonal Skills
・Experience in a Japanese Company will be an advantage
