<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the company's human resources functions, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment based on departmental needs. - Develop and improve the company’s compensation and benefits plans for employees. - Handle personnel processes such as regularization, promotions, resignations, salary adjustments, etc. - Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and salary calculations. - Improve HR department processes such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and company policies. - Manage daily operations and internal communication within the company. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Min. Bachelor's Degree - Min. Conversational English proficiency - Min. 3 year in the Internet industry or Fintech industry of HR experience, handling recruitment, payroll, and administration - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and familiarity with company HR management processes. - Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, detail-oriented, sincere, positive, and organized. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to speak Mandarin
