Job Description
●FAT assistant (Mainly external accounting consultant will handle FAT tasks, so this position will handle FAT assistant tasks (collecting data, communicate to consultant)) -Assisting in making monthly financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow) -Reconciling bank and petty cash data -Preparing documents for tax purposes (VAT, WHT). (A few times/month) -Prepare and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and tax reports. -Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, including VAT, Income -Tax, Periodic Tax Reports, and Annual Tax Returns. -Responsible for all tax reporting and payments (monthly and annual). -Analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making by management. -Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. -Supervise the company's cash flow management and financial planning. -Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding tax and audit matters. -Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. ●HRGA -BPJS Ketenagakerjaan calculation and payment. -BPJS Kesehatan calculation and payment. -Salary calculation, slip issuance, and payment. -Submit salary data to SCS (Salary Control System). -Handle recruitment & onboarding process. -Manage employee database and personnel administration. -Monitor employee attendance, leave, and discipline. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations. -Coordinate employee performance evaluation & KPI. -Develop training & development programs. -Handle employee relations and grievance procedures. -Organize CSR and company event programs. -Manage office facilities, security, and company vehicles. -Handle license renewals (e.g., lingkungan, bangunan, kendaraan).
Job Requirement
- Business level English - More than 5 years HRGA experience - Have experience in FAT, especially need knowledge about pph21 - Be able to report, inform, and discuss constantly - Have HRGA Manager / assistant manager experience - Business level Japanese speaker will be a big plus (image N2 level)
