Job Description
- Managing office supplies, utilities, and facility maintenance
- Preparing and organizing internal documents, reports, and company polices
Coordinating company events and schedules
- Handing communication with external consultant
- Communicating and reporting to HQ
- Making documents in Japanese
- Interpreting during internal meetings, training sessions, and site visits
- Translating business documents, manuals, and emails
- Assisting Japanese expatriates with daily communication and administrative support
- Other duties also assigned
Job Requirement
- Have bachelor's degree
- Business level Japanese
- Willing to do various tasks
- Have working experience in Japanese company
