Job Description
Responsibilities
• Managing company driver (time attendance, back up, salary calculation)
• Managing company car (parking, maintenance service, STNK, repair, replacement car)
• Managing renewal & monitor expiration agreement ( driver service, office boy service, rental car, travel agent, rental apartment, gasoline retailer )
• Managing administrative works including procurement, cost management, office and dormitory management, office environment management, document creation, provision, and filing
• Handling purchasing for all Departments (Quotation, PR, PO, Invoice)
• Coordinating with Finance for expenditures and reimbursement
Requirements
'• At least 1 year experience in HR, Finance admin and Procurement field. Fresh graduate with good potential
• Preferable having knowledge about HR, Finance and Procurement
• Must good written and spoken in English and Japanese would be advantages
• Able to operate Computer (MS Office & Internet)
• Self-driven and hard worker, Discipline, Honest and Detail
• Ability to work under pressure and tide schedule
• Responsible, good communication skill and good working attitude
