<Job Responsibilities>
◆Support Japanese General managers for especially financial analysis and financial planning
◆Cost planning and budget planning to reduce the unnecessary costs to maximize the profits for Driving profitability (Ex> Analyzing the cost related SCM and make the cost strategy with SCM Manager)
◆Make the plan and execute the improvement plan for Drive process innovation to have better operation flow
◆Report to Japanese General Manager
◆Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Working experience in FMCG company more than 10 years for Finance position or Corporate strategy position
◆Willing to work/management for wide range of field
◆Management Experience more than 5 years
◆English (Business level)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese language skill
・Working experience in Personal care industry
