<Job Responsibilities>
- Do interpretation and translation
- Manage expatriate housing needs
- Arrange entertainment and hospitality for guests (hotel/restaurant/facilities)
- Handle visa applications and residency permits for foreign employees
- Process reimbursement and petty cash management
- Plan and organize internal events
- Do administrative tasks and file documents
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・High Conversational level Mandarin proficiency and conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as GA Mandarin Speaker in any industry, experienced in liaising with Chinese expatriates for VISA and housing needs, handle petty cash, booking hotels and restaurant, and do travel arrangements
・Good communication skill, good coordination and organizing skill, able to multitask, eager to learn
