Job Description
HRGA:
- Handle general HR and GA operations, including employee documentation, office administration, and internal coordination
- Manage and process VISA applications and renewals for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Legal Support:
- Coordinate with the legal team based in Japan to support legal procedures and documentation
- Assist with local applications and processes that require on-site presence in Indonesia
Accounting Support:
- Liaise with external accounting agents to collect and submit necessary financial documents
- Provide administrative support for accounting-related tasks.
- In the future, help transition accounting operations in-house by building internal capabilities
- other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- More than Business level Japanese with N2 and above (Also need reading and writing skills)
・More than conversational level English
・Working experience as HRGA for at least 3 years in Japanese company
・Having experience in processing VISA and work permiton applications
・Williung to do various tasks and handle alone
・Be able to work under pressure
