<Job Responsibilities> ・Responsible for managing utility team members ・Manage and control preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, problem solving, root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence ・Manage and control machine spare parts and purchase requisition ・Perform kaizen at working area ・Implement 5S & Safety
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering ・Must handle a low/weak electrical flow (Arus Lemah) ・Have around 7 years of experiences in the maintenance or electrical field and around 4 years as a leader or supervisor in a manufacturing company ・Have good knowledge of utility machine & equipment (HVAC, Compressor, RO (Reverse Osmosis), Boiler, Electrical Distribution System) ・Have strong leadership, good analytical thinking skills, good communication, high initiative, good attitude, and trustworthy ・Have good skill in operating computer including Ms. Office ・Have a conversational level of English
