Job Description

- Prepare, check, and submit import/export documents (PIB, PEB, invoice, BL/AWB, COO, and HS Code)
- Monitor and coordinate customs clearance with PPJK/forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking vendors to ensure timely cargo release, and coordinate with the warehouse side
- Handle duties/taxes and export levy (pungutan ekspor) calculations, payment coordination, and reporting (import realization)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs Law and related regulations (Permendag, Kemendag, KLH, BPOM, and Quarantine)
- Check and ensure accurate HS Code classification and verify the use of correct import/export permits
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipping documents, licenses, and special requirements
- Track shipments, report clearance progress, and proactively resolve potential risks or delays
- Maintain documentation of BC forms, PIB, and PEB for audit or ISO standards
- Support audit and bonded zone (TPB/Kawasan Berikat) activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Customs & Excise, Supply Chain, or related field
- High conversational English or above
- At least 2 years of experience in Import-Export Customs Clearance in Trading, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain, with solid knowledge of end-to-end export/import processes, handling both domestic and international shipments
- Familiar with bonded zone regulations, PPJK coordination, and shipment documentation flow
- Experience working with government authorities (e.g., Bea Cukai, Quarantine, Ministry of Trade)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiar with logistics systems such as INSW, CEISA, TPB/Bonded Zone System, and TPS Online
