Job Description
- Visit factories in Central Java 3 to 4 days per week, simultaneously
- Understand and evaluate production management processes
- Support research activities related to potential manufacturing partners, raw material sourcing, and export/import procedures
- Interpret and translate between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese for smooth communication with Japanese advisors
- Monitor and review the status of all production items at partner factories
- Verify and clarify each step of the production process in detail
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, such as delivery delays or product quality concerns, to minimize operational risk
- Ensure production partners meet delivery deadlines and quality expectations
- Guide and support subordinates, offering consultation as needed
- Prepare and share reports regularly with the manager and stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- High conversational Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
- At least 5 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Furniture Retail (Product Development & Management System), Furniture Trading (Product Development & Management System)
- Experience handling Production Management (from the development stage to the production process and shipment)
- Willingness to travel for business trips to Central Java 3-4 times per week simultaneously
